Come and learn a special breathing technique to clear stress in 5-10 minutes daily…..  Lindy van der Burg, who has 26 years of experience in massage, yoga and holistic healing, will share this method at our relaxation session on November 17th, 2017, 10:30-11:30 AM at the Whistler Public Library.

Come dressed comfortably, prepared to lie down on your back for 20 mins. Everybody is welcome!
