Coping with stress during COVID-19

It is normal to feel sad, stressed, confused, scared or angry during a crisis. Talking to people you trust can help. Contact your friends and family.

Keeping mentally and physically active are also key to helping you remain calm and continue to protect your health during these challenging times. Why not….

Get outside

….for some fresh air – for exercise, not to socializeAnd we’re lucky in Whistler to have great spaces to walk where it’s easy to avoid other people.

Here are a couple of suggested trails for you:

  • Valley trail around the Golf Course – 4.7km loop – easy access from the village
  • Valley trail from Alpha Lake Park (Creekside) to Lakeside Park (Alta Vista) 3km

Find the full Whistler Valley Trail Map here.

Remember, be sure to maintain at least a 2-metre distance from other people when walking.
