Holidays and Celebrations

Holidays and celebrations are a window into other cultures, and the source of many memories and stories from when we were growing up. Keeping these traditions and customs going in a new country is a really important way for immigrants to maintain their identity and connections with friends and family at home.

At the Welcome Centre, we honour these holidays and celebrations by bringing people together to share and experience traditions for themselves.
