Japan Cuisine Multicultural Kitchen
June 17 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm PDT
Let’s Make Sushi! Do you know June 18 is International Sushi Day?!
When you picture sushi, you might think of California rolls, nigiri, or maki. How about futomaki 太巻き, have you heard of it?
Futomaki is a large, thick sushi roll that usually contains anywhere from four to 10 or more different ingredients. June’s multicultural kitchen is going to share with you how to make RAINBOW and FLOWER art futomaki rolls.
Aki who is originally from Japan, she will share with us how to make “RAINBOW AND FLOWER art futomaki rolls”.
*Please note, for making both rolls will take more than 1hour, so cook will showcase how to make FLOWER art rolls and we all making RAINBOW rolls together. You are always welcome to follow cook to make FLOWER art rolls, however cook will try to keep most of the time for RAINBOW ROLLS.*
Join us on June 17 from 6pm to 7pm on Zoom and Facebook live.
To reserve your place, please register here.
If you do not want to cook along you are welcome to join us and just watch. As always after the event we will post the recipe and cooking method on our website, so you can recreate it whenever you like.
