Here’s how to register for our current programs and workshops…

Most of our activities and programs are free to access and open to all participants. To get full updates and find out what services, programs and activities you qualify for, register at the Whistler Welcome Centre:

You’ll need to present your immigration document; permanent resident card, landing document, or visa document.

To participate in free English language groups or work one-to-one with a tutor, register at the Welcome Centre first. Contact 604.698.5960 or email for an appointment and more details. We’ll send you a registration form to complete and send back to us with a copy of your immigration document; permanent resident card, landing document, or visa document.

Once you’re registered, we’ll confirm which language groups/services you qualify for.

The 2021 Community Leadership Program starts Thursday February 11. Register by emailing the Welcome Centre or call 604.698.5960.

Over six Wednesday evenings in January and February 2021, we are running a series of information sessions on the Canadian school system, for parents unfamiliar with it.

Complete an application form and tell us what you’re interested in helping with. We always try to work with our volunteers so they can get involved in the way that works best for them, so give us as much detail as necessary. Once you’ve sent us the application, we’ll arrange to meet with you so we can both learn more.
